Ray Higdon’s Past

Born in Seymour, Indiana and grew up in Southwest Florida, Ray Higdon was just an ordinary father of two kids – Brandon and Ethan. When you met Higdon when he was 12 years old, you’d know that he’s truly a born entrepreneur. During that young age he was selling around a hundred airhead candies to other students in his school. This experience triggered him to enjoy a better profitable business. This is why at age 18, he worked on 3 jobs almost simultaneously. A chat with his manager Chad led him to a great life realization. Ray asked Chad about his goals, but the latter said that he preferred to stay where he was – a manager working for a company he hated – simply because he believed he could not earn the same amount elsewhere. Ray, against this statement, told himself that he would not stay in a workplace he did not love.

As years gone by, Ray worked as a project manager in a development services company that processed 800 house permits per day. Even though his salary was sufficient, still, Ray grew tired of this job. The heart of an entrepreneur still beat inside of him, so he decided to leave his $80,000/year job at the age of 26 and decided to venture on to the world of real estate. He became successful in real estate both offline and online in no time. In fact, he was features in the Real Estate Investors Publication (REIP) magazine. At the same time, he worked as a real estate speaker and eventually founded “The Forever Wealth Club” or FWC. His success as a real estate entrepreneur grew larger as the FWC began operating in different branches like West Virginia and Pittsburgh.

With the financial world devastated in 2008, the real estate company of Ray also started to collapse. Because of this his once lucrative life turned around and left him at the edge of bankruptcy. Just like many entrepreneurs whose business declined, Ray suffered from depression in about a year or less.

Ray Higdon’s Comeback

During his years as a real estate entrepreneur, his partner Kyle encouraged him to enter the network marketing industry. Like many others, Ray was skeptical about MLM, since there are a lot of rumors saying this marketing industry is no-good. When he finally got interested in network marketing, he tried a dozen times, and he failed in all these trials. But he didn’t fret- he continued through MLM until he found the Numis Network.
